Project goal

MIR Project is aimed at creating healthy information public culture via shaping a universal information youth environment, which is a safe ground for communication, development and implementation of personal capabilities in real life, as well as offering equal opportunities and access to information given the age specific features.Project objectives

• Development and support of a large-scale Internet portal, which serves a base for creation of full-fledged regional resources
• Providing up-to-date and quality content in line with contemporary users’ information requirements
• Offering possibilities for implementation of users’ own initiatives
• Developing and conducting of events for development of the life skills acquired in a virtual world
• Development of the universal communicative environment, as well as implementation of recreation expectations of target audience.
